I have read Namiki’s thoughts on the Japanese problem, so I would like to criticize it. In the beginning, his ides was an opinion on the Japan's population problem, in other words, a declining birthrate problem. He said that it was a decline in the marriage rate, and the cause was the decrease in income and the advancement of women to society. After that, he cited the problems at the time it happened. In conclusion he concluded that it is important to promote marriage.
Based on the above, I would like to express my objections. First, he points out the problem in his opinion, but that specific solution is not mentioned at all. In his story the cause of the declining birthrate problem is a decrease in income and women's social advancement. But since then these concrete solutions have not been written, it was written only to promote marriage. I felt that what he should state on this occasion was a measure or idea to promote marriage. Secondly, it is the problem he mentioned. Certainly there may be two reasons for declining birthrate as mentioned above, but I thought that the influence of women's social advancement is not that women leave their marriage but rather that late marriage is going on. Considering that women work continuously even after marriage, it seems that they give priority to work near marriageable age. Also, due to the decrease in income, many couples can not be married early. As the late marriage progresses like this, it becomes more difficult to produce children, and the declining birthrate will progress. Thirdly, it is about the problem that causes a decline in the birthrate. As he stated, the decline of workers will make Japan's economy inevitable and it will be difficult to support the elderly. But the problem is not only the problem, but also the solution of the government. The government adopted a policy of accepting foreign workers to make up for the reduced workers. If they come to Japan a lot they can hire at low wages, the workers of young people in Japan will become more and more disappointing. Also, troubles may arise from cultural differences, and there is concern about an increase in crime. In other words, these policies may promote the declining birthrate problem. From the above, I thought that improving social security is important to solve these problems. In the same developed countries, European countries, the social security system is in place, and the guaranteed amount of education and treatment expenses is excellent. Taxes are high accordingly, but I thought that there would be no problem if social security was solid. For those who are not married, have no children, and elderly people are overwhelmed by dissatisfaction and I think that somewhat dissatisfaction will occur, but in order to support Japan, it is necessary to renew existing systems and change the consciousness of each person.

Discussion about how Japanese work is reemerging as a result of overworked suicide problems. The Japanese are often said to be "hard workers" from overseas countries. Why is it said that "the working environment in Japan is not good"? We study the cause from three viewpoints.
1.Work-life balance is not to be achieved with long hours work. It is 1,745 hours of per-capita real working hours in Japan. The average per capita working hours per person in the world is 1,749 hours, which can be said to be generally average. But this is because it includes part-time workers. The proportion of long-time workers in Japan is 21.3% as of 2014. Looking to the world, the top is 32.4% in Korea. In other Asian countries which developing countries the proportion of long-term workers is high. European countries which developed countries tend to have a particularly low proportion of long-term workers. Despite being a developed country, Japan has a long working hour. In addition, the acquisition rate of paid vacation is the world's lowest class. This is because many people feel guilty in getting it. In addition to that, commuting time is long, and there is little time available for entertainment and freedom. 2.The work environment that can work with peace of mind is not in place. Marriage care nursing career retirement rate is equal to retirement age retirement rate in Japan. It is difficult to acquire childcare leave or to balance work and child rearing, and there are present conditions that women are unlikely to return to work after childbirth. In addition to that, nonregular employees are increasing rapidly. Many companies are increasing non-regular employees to save wages. As a matter of non-regular employees, low wages and unstable employment are raised and the gap is spreading. As a result, even if you want to get married, you can lead to a declining birthrate that you could not give birth if you want to have children. 3.Low labor productivity. Japan is said to have a lower labor productivity compared to developed countries, and Japan's real labor productivity is 38.2 dollars, while France is 60.8 dollars, Germany is 60.2 dollars, and the United States is 59.1 dollars It was. Labor productivity in Japan was the lowest among major developed countries. It is the reality that the level of labor productivity of the top three countries is 1.5 to 1.6 times that of Japan. We take two opinions to improve productivity. One is investment in IT, and the other is investment in human capital. Although I am not very conscious of being in Japan, in other countries, business is thoroughly ITized, and business that does not involve the information system is more unusual. Naturally, the level of systematization will affect productivity. There is a possibility that human investment is greatly negative, which is largely related to a decline in the added value of Japanese companies. Japanese companies are no longer profitable, and over the last twenty years, we have continued to reduce total labor costs. Employment and salary of regular employees in Japan are sanctuary and are able to be reduced significantly. It is highly likely that the wrinkle is heading towards non-regular employees and reduction of training costs. The reason why long hours work in Japan is rampant arises not only from the aspect of culture, but also because Japanese companies are not profitable in the first place. It covers low added value with working hours. If so, as long as you do not fundamentally change the business model of Japanese companies, the problem of overtime will not be solved. My research is composite material of a carbon fiber and plastic resins.
This is called carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP). This is better than a metal because of its high specific strength and corrosiveness etc... Now, Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic plastics using thermoplastic resin (CFRTP) as a resin has attracted attention. My using thermoplastic resin is mainly a polypropylene because it is inexpensive, lightweight as a resin, excellent in formability, chemical resistance, etc. This can solve that current mainly CFRP using a thermosetting resin has problems such as high cost , productivity, and difficulty of materials cycle. CFRTP is possible to shorten the molding time and material recycling, and it is possible to improve the productivity. CFRTP using olefin resin such as PP is lower in strength than conventional CFRP and it is necessary to improve the interfacial adhesion between resin and carbon fiber (in other words interfacial shear strength) in order to have strength equal to or higher than that of conventional CFRP. And CFRTP has problem that it is low resin impregnation etc... In recent years, it has been reported that the interfacial shear strength improves by surface treatment of CF and modification of PP resin. However, it is unknown how the crystal of the resin affects the interfacial shear strength. Therefore, the effect of resin crystallinity on interfacial shear strength was investigated using crystal nucleating agent. (Experimental method) PP and maleic anhydride-modified PP (MAPP) as a polarity imparting agent, in order to change the crystal structure of PP, crystal nucleating agents (MD) were melt-kneaded respectively. The interfacial shear strength was evaluated by the microdroplet method. CF was attached to the jig, respectively, and the sample was fused and adhered in a nitrogen atmosphere, and then a drawing test was conducted. A PP film and a single CF were press molded and films were observed using a polarizing microscope in order to confirm how PP crystals can be formed near the interface between PP and CF. In PP / MD, PP spherulites of MD preferentially formed and interfacial shear strength decreased. In PP / MAPP / MD, although the miniaturization of PP crystal by MD was suppressed by MAPP, it was suggested that the trans - crystal became smaller and the interfacial shear strength improved. My name is Daisuke KURITA. I’m 22 years old. My birthday is May 28th. I’m from Katata, Otsu City, Siga Prefecture. I am a first graduate student at Fukui University. I belong to the laboratory called ‘Polymer Processing Laboratory’. My hobby is football and karaoke. I like to play and watch football. My favorite soccer team is Liverpool and respected player is Steven Gerrard. I have been played soccer since I’m an elementary school. Now, I belong to the futsal circle and play it. I often go to karaoke because I like to sing a song. I would have like to make karaoke a hobby even if I got old because I thought that I could enjoy it forever in my life.
